Last week, I visited Riyasat-e-Hind for lunch and ordered Chicken Cheese Kebab, Special Mutton Biryani, and Salad. Unfortunately, the chicken cheese kebab was quite disappointing. The chicken was hard and chewy, and the cheese flavor didn’t complement the dish well, making it less enjoyable. However, the special mutton biryani was the highlight of the meal. It was served with complimentary raita and ghol, which paired nicely with the biryani. The biryani itself was excellent—light, aromatic, and full of flavor, very similar to a traditional Kolkata-style biryani. I enjoyed it a lot. Overall, while the kebab didn’t meet expectations, the mutton biryani made up for it and is definitely worth trying if you visit Riyasat-e-Hind. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch
