Wonderful location. Nice view from the room Superior cottage is the best view to see the river view. We will visit again surely Service: 4

Service was good and special mention to shantamu for his politeness in serving. Rooms: Rooms were not having all the services which are mentioned in the website especially there were no lock cards given and operated by staff whenever we go out, no wifi and rats were found in the fall sealing. Service: 5

I flew all over india to so many hotels and restaurants and I can guarantee you this is one of the most hideous, pathetic and overwhelmingly worst restaurant services I have ever seen. The staff is obnoxious and helpless. They're absolutely clueless and don't know how to take care of their customers. They don't just need training, they need to be put back in nursery for the service they have done. I have seen dhabas and roadside stalls that have better service. In the name of table service they conduct self-service. Customers walk more than the waiters because guess what, we don't get any extras, they don't know what goes with what and most importantly, the bill needs to be paid at the counter for this so-called RESTAURANT. I suggest that if you ever let this restaurant in your sight, please hold your horses until you find a better one and save yourself from this atrocity. Service: 1
