I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Rivera Food Lounge recently, and it was utterly disappointing. The highlight of the evening was discovering that the alfaham chicken I ordered was completely uncooked. Not only was it raw in the center, but it was also cold and clearly not prepared properly. It was not only a health hazard but also a stomach-turning experience. To make matters worse, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and offered no apology or resolution when we brought the issue to their attention. Instead of rectifying the situation, they brushed it off as if it were no big deal. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster, with dingy decor and a distinct lack of cleanliness. It was evident that hygiene standards were not a priority for this establishment. I would strongly advise against dining at Rivera Food Lounge unless you have a penchant for food poisoning and subpar service. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a more reputable dining establishment where your health and satisfaction are actually valued.
