This is really the most amazing place to visit. The ambience, the food and the courteous behaviour are truly appreciable. Our host Mr. Arnab is truly a very gentle person and gives the best suggestions for food in the restaurant. We will be sure to visit again.

I would have given negative stars if possible. They give priority to people who party in the night till mid night.. if you are booking a room here, kindly beware that you won’t be able to sleep till night. Staffs have more attitude than President of India. Hotel Regenta and other hotels at Sambalpur are much better than this hotel which doesn’t even have a parking place for guests. If you book your stay here kindly pray that they don’t host any party, otherwise you will be on God’s mercy. Food is so tasteless that a road side street vendors make better food than the chef. Overall a compete negative hotel. In stead of river they have a view of nala.. kindly stay on your own risk. i went with the fake reviews and got fooled. I am a level 6 reviewer. Won’t give any fake reviews. Service: 1

Room size is quite good but house keeping is not good. Hairs are ling at floors and even in bed. Food option are really good but all food quantity is for 2 person. So if you staying alone then there will be a chances of wastage of food. No prompt service, even you didn't get a cup of tea before 8 am. Breakfast is so pathetic. Till 8:24 am it was not get ready. Location wise not so great but for party and function it is best. Hotel area is too specious. There is a huge scope for improvement in house keeping as well as in service. Over all staying experience is average. Service: 3
