We ordered Paneer Tikka Sabji as takeaway from Rivaans Hotel and it was extremely disappointing in taste—completely bland and not at all what you'd expect. When we approached the owner about it, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any solution he clearly refused to accept any mistake. Very poor customer service and extremely rude behavior. Not recommended at all. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Helloo madam I was exchanging the parcel but the concern person who came to restaurant was asking for other sabji then what u ordered I told them will make new same sabji first they said it's ok give make it but later on after talking to someone on phone call he changed his mind, which was not acceptable by the restaurant, after 2 hrs no one will atleast listen to ur issue n the sabji u returned was half the quantity, thank you for your precious feedback

Bad taste, bad behaviour. I got a bad tasting sabzi, the owner refused to replace and was very rude. Will never visit this place again. Edit of owner replied: A person will not necessarily eat as soon as he takes the parcel home. It was raining a lot, despite that I took the sabzi myself to the hotel. But the rude behaviour is not acceptable. I didn't even ask for the refund, and also didn't take the sabzi. Don't take customers for granted. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello sir sorry for inconvenience but after 2 hours of parcel not any restaurant will take ur parcel back atleast without any issue I was changing ur parcel that was the possible thing I can do for you, anyways thank u

The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls are decorated with traditional paintings. Service was Fast and Food was delicious The prices at Rivaan's Multicusine are reasonable. The service at Rivaan's Multicusine is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
