I had a very disappointing experience at Ritzy Restaurant, Kuttippuram. I ordered Butter Chicken Curry, but instead they served something like Chicken Kondattom curry with sauce. It was clearly not butter chicken at all, and the taste was very poor. When I informed the billing staff about this issue before making the payment, the response was rude and unprofessional. The billing guy completely ignored the complaint and behaved carelessly, which made the situation worse. Very bad food quality, misleading dishes, and poor customer service. This was a waste of money and a very bad food experience. I do not recommend Ritzy Restaurant Kuttippuram to anyone looking for good food or respectful service. .
