Goans and tourists visit Ritz for their food quality. Been a regular visitor at this branch for years but never experienced anything like this. The waiter delayed the service for no reason. He kept taking others orders while food was served to others who came after us. Later He got the food on the table and kept it for 15 mins but didn’t get the plates and rice. Very bad service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
