We are club mahindra members and are staying for two nights and have a lot of points to make. I am giving this review from inside the restaurant- 1. We arrived outside Ripples for Breakfast (A-la-carte) and stood in waiting for 35 mins. 2. We got a table but had to wait for next 20 mins for the cleaning of the table. Standing beside the table, we placed our order. 3. It took 30 more minutes for first bottles of water to reach our table. Our order came even later by around 10 more mins. 4. Food is acceptable- not the best. Overall- place is unclean, understaffed and has poor service (borderline highway motel). Standards of Club Mahindra are higher than this. Hysterically, I am still waiting for my black coffee and the sachet of butter that I had ordered, so that I can start eating. Have asked them multiple times but there has been no positive response yet. Conclusion- Disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

At the Club Mahindra Tungi (Lonavala) are two restaurants. Ripples is where three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. There is a lovely view of the Lake Pawna. There is two level seating. Rooms are far from Ripples so one has to take an internal transportation (or long walk with a slight gradient). So keep sufficient time to get there and go back. Staff is courteous but appears busy. The tea was very milky so asked for a dip tea (or black tea in a pot) and it took several reminders and nearly 45 min. So the toast that came got cold three times! Asked for a dosa at the live counter and it never came, so had to stand at the counter (though they do have table service for this). Range of food is big but the quality can be better. Feels like there are pushing for quantity over quality. What is great: View and location. High ceilings. But in summer fans are high and can be hot. What is not so nice: Takes long to get there, service takes time and quality of food can be better. Still as the only choice in the resort - especially if you take a package I would give it 6 or 7 out of 10. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
