I stayed at Hotel Rio Meridian and had a very poor experience. The room condition was bad with extremely dim lighting, making the stay uncomfortable. Basic amenities like the AC and washroom facilities were not functioning properly and were poorly maintained. The price we paid included breakfast, but that turned out to be another major disappointment. The breakfast quality was extremely poor, with very limited options and unacceptable taste. Overall, the hotel does not justify the price charged. Basic comfort, cleanliness, and service standards were missing. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Service: 1
