I am extremely disappointed with this lady's behavior. She lacks both basic human decency and professionalism. She made racist comments about my appearance, which was deeply offensive. Furthermore, she demonstrated incompetence in her service. To add to the negative experience, tissues were not provided, and the packaging was extremely unhygienic.
