We had a pathetic experience with our dinner today (28th Oct) it started by the girl serving us dropping drinks on my sons clothes and took time to clean up the place, Coming to the Food part - the starter papaya salad was too tangy and lacked taste, the tiger prawns were over cooked and the chicken satay was cold and bland. We ordered ice tea and the drink came without any tea essence but was plain ice drink. When updated they replaced with a blue drink (aqua something) which was a feeble attempt. Fruatrated We wanted to leave as soon as possible seeing the quality of the dishes and ordered the main course simple “ pad thai “ noodles and “fried rice” and to our dismay the food was equally bad and tangy and we discarded the food. We paid the bill and wished to share our feedback and a young trainee chef was sent to take the compliant which is unprofessional as it is rightfully the head chef who should have taken the feedback. He just listened and apologised while No one else at the restaurant seemed keen to work on customer satisfaction except the young girl who was serving us and who said sorry multiple times. Wry disappeared with the overall experience at a Reputed Star Hotel and definitely our last visit to Rim Naam & Oberoi for sure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
