A number of guests of this restaurant say that nicely cooked momos, fried chicken and soup are served here. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Terrific service is something clients agree upon here. You will like low prices. The homey atmosphere is to be found here. Google users are quite generous with Rikki's: it was granted 4.3 stars.

I regret to say that my experience at Rikki's was nothing short of disappointing. The restaurant manager (guessing she was the manager) seemed more interested in sitting idle than actually managing her responsibilities. With only one server and a bare-bones kitchen staff, the entire operation felt chaotic and poorly organized. We had to wait more than 30 minutes just to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, it was a letdown. The quality of the food was far from acceptable. The only redeeming dish was the honey chili potato and veg ramen; the jhol momos were acceptable. Everything else, including the butter and garlic fish, and mozzarella chicken momos, tasted like they came straight from the freezer section of a supermarket—mediocre at best. The ambience was okay. But every couple of minutes, the smell from the kitchen comes into the dining space and makes everyone cough. The manager failed to engage with the customers or even check on her staff in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a dining experience where you can enjoy decent food and service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I was looking forward soo much to eat at Rikki's but was so, so disappointed. Even if some of the food was okay, our mood was completely ruined by the poor service, long long wait time and the manager lady.
