Firstly, it's no longer named Rikki's. It's known as Golden Harvest now. The menu is the same but the name has changed. They've happy hours all day, every day. It's situated in Minto park, the road opposite to Bellevue nursing home. The booze rates on the menu is applicable for 30ml of hard liquor and 330ml of alcohol.
We had ordered for 5 Blenders pride(30ml each), 1 tuborg (330ml) and 1 dynamite chicken. They said the pork is not available any more, so had to settle for the chicken. The price of food is bit on the higher side. There were 8 pieces of chicken topped with a plethora of chillies , like literally swarmed with chillies, it was SPICY. Stools near the bar are good. It's relatively empty mostly. They've a nice smoking room adorned with framed posters. The upstairs seating doesn't serve alcohol though. The waiters were great actually, pretty courteous. The bill came up to 1016 INR including taxes. A great place to chill and easy on pocket too with good ambiance.

The next time we ordered for 6 Blenders pride, 1 tuborg, 1 dynamite chicken, bharwa aloo and chilly chicken. As usual the food is great, nice service along with complimentary shots ( vodka with strawberry syrup). The bill came up to 1651 INR.
I totally recommend this place to everybody. They have great music too.

Awesome food,nice ambience and bar staff are friendly .Rather this bar is within your budget. I will give a 5 out of 5 as review basis.Nice place to hang out wid friends.
