I have been visiting this place for years and it was one of our favourites. But since few months the quality has dropped terribly. Esp of the all time fav grilled sandwich it was so bland and tasted stale . The quality of the cheese and butter used too was of low quality. And even more alarming is that the staff and person at the counter are so very rude. It’s shocking. They actually yell back at you and speak in a demeaning manner. Won’t ever be visiting again.
