Recently we ordered food thru phone there. We had a bad experience. The food tasted average. The price is a bit high. They never give us the bill for what we ordered. We asked for the bill two or three times. But they did not send me the GST bill. I don't know why Riders Cafe is reluctant to send the bill.

"The customer service at RIDERS CAFE CLUB restaurant was appalling. Despite being polite, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. It took an eternity to get the attention of a server for even the simplest requests. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to care about our experience. Definitely won't be returning."
