"The customer service at RIDERS CAFE CLUB restaurant was appalling. Despite being polite, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. It took an eternity to get the attention of a server for even the simplest requests. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to care about our experience. Definitely won't be returning."
