"I had a very poor experience at Hotel Riddhesh Riverside. Between the recurring electricity failures and a 60-minute wait time for basic starters, it was clear that the hotel is currently struggling with operational management. The service was among the worst I have encountered, characterized by a lack of communication and total inefficiency.
