I visited Richie’s cake shop recently and was disappointed with the experience. The cake I bought from the shop was not fresh and tasted dry. For a cake shop, freshness is very important, and unfortunately, Richie’s did not meet that expectation. Won’t be buying again. Sanket, my apologies for your experience at the Bakery. I have checked with the counter staff and was informed about your communication about your disappointment and also I am aware that you were told that if we could get us a small sample of the cake which we could've picked up for our investigation. We were told that was not possible as you had gifted that cake to someone.We did check another cake of the same flavour at our bakery from the same batch and did not find it dry. Its entirely your choice whether you wish to discontinue buying your cakes from us but let me assure you that the cake was not at all stale.

We ordered a cake - Vanilla truffle, butterfly shape. The cake was delicious, everyone loved it!! Even the icing was yummy.. thank you so much for making my daughter's day more special.
