I had a very bad experience today at Rich Kitchen Outlet, Noida Sector 62. I ordered noodles, and to my shock, I found a cockroach inside the food. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone who is vegetarian. It’s extremely unhygienic and disappointing. What made it even worse was the behavior of the staff — they didn’t even say sorry or accept their mistake. It’s not about the money, it’s about basic responsibility and respect towards customers. The least they could have done was apologize. I have a picture as proof, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food hygiene and staff behavior.
