We ordered a half kg chocolate truffle cake from Ribbons, sec 6 but they gave us stale cake on birth day, it ruined our celebration. The taste was not good and not fresh, it was not soft at all. They should not cheat customers when they pay you and trust your brand for their celebrations. I would give one star for pathetic service and poor taste. We will not buy next time from here. Very unprofessional. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic service. I ordered a cake by paying the entire amount as advance, yet the cake was spoilt by writing the name on the cake inspite of on chocolate bar. The person who took the order was not willing to take the order in first place and the day of delivery argued after spoiling the entire cakes look. If they cannot hire a good person for taking orders and delivering the orders they should close the outlet as its spoiling the brand name. Will never recommend this outlet ever again.
