A Deflated Experience at Ribbons and Balloons I visited Ribbons and Balloons cafe yesterday, expecting a delightful treat. Unfortunately, my experience was a resounding disappointment. The cake was dry, and the coffee was lukewarm. The "signature" latte art resembled a sad smiley face. Overall: Ribbons and Balloons failed to impress. The charm of its name wasn't reflected in the experience. For a cafe that promises joy and celebration, it felt remarkably deflated. *Will I return?* Unfortunately, no. Recommendation: ask your employees to behave. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
