Me and my family have been a frequent customer in rhukra cake house ever since 2020 when they were in a smaller shop, Rhukra makes the best sweets in erode in my opinion and their hygiene is excellent. The boba tea rhukra has is unbeatable, i have tried boba tea from other cities in tamil nadu like coimbatore and every one is a flop compared to rhukra, although the price migh seem high, the experience is very good :) Definitely come here and thank you rhukra for making such good pastries.

On your reply to the review: 1. Price:- As per the Consumer Commission & Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), under the preview of the District Collector, Prices shown in the "menu" and prices at the POS (Point of Sale) must not change. In the event, you have extra charges, you must specify on print in the menu. If you had one, your staff could have referred it. But your staff were describing the "jacked up" charges like a scribble on a piece of paper. You may refer to the relevant authorities if the law allows your system. 2. Weight:- Both your staff didnt have a clue of what the "bottom cardboard weight is". Accordingly to the Standard Weights & Measures Act, under the preview of the Inspector of Labour, you must specify in print, the weight of the product sold and verify when a customer demands. Also the weight used by your establishment doesn't have a "seal" from the Weights & Measures Office. You can once again refer to the above authorities to see if by law "you can deny knowledge of the bottom weight/ actual weight" and if mere words will be sufficient to inform the customer of the weight in doubt/request to verify. Please try!! 3. Packaging: For the prices you charge. I need a packaging that is concealed. Not half- sealed. You designed the product, so you need to make sure the product is within your packaging norms. its not as if I gave a picture out of the blue. its your design. You can refuse to take the order because you don't have the necessary packaging. You may also check with FSSI rules on Food PACKAGING and Safety, under the preview of the Inspector of Food Safety. 4. Chocolate Croissant - Your shop opens 9.30 am, I arrived at your place around 10.30 am. Unless we are in FRANCE, you can justify you were sold out of "Chocolate Croissant". 5. Review:- I had been invited by Google to Review with "my opinion on your establishment". Dont prove a customer a wrong and you are right. However, May be you should refer the above incidents to the relevant authorities and trying proving them wrong on my facts. I am still happy to help you understand on the above points legally if you wish to pursue. Thanks Thanks Irony is this "French Patisserie" don't have "Chocolate Croissant" - Pain au Chocolat.. something very basic for the French in the context is missing!! Coffee was good! Ambiance of the place is very good!! Very clean and Hygienic!! I ordered 2 cakes from the menu (500g & 1kg) within No-time the prices was jacked up!!! So high from prices shown in the menu (may be that's why they have their shop ceiling very HIGH). Finally, the explained the breakdown and the prices were corrected from the "jack-up". It's like a Car Service Bill!!! PRICES are more expensive than in DUBAI!! Sheikh's are sweating seeing the competition from Rukhra!!! I was shocked at the packaging of the cake . Local Bakery Packaging !! I had requested them to change it and they were happy to comply to the request with what best they could. BE CAREFUL about their PRICES!! Nothing so special for such prices! Not worth my money's worth. But good work.

Dear Mr. Kumar We are always open to customer feedback as it helps us maintain our commitment to quality and transparency. However, we would like to address the concerns raised in your review to provide clarity to both you and our future customers. 1. Pricing & Order Details You ordered a 1 kg banana cake and a 500g chocolate truffle cake with an animals and leaves-themed fondant customisation. As clearly mentioned across all our offerings, customisation carries additional charges, which were also transparently communicated. There was no "price jack-up"; once we explained the breakdown, which when explained you acknowledged and accepted it. 2. Chocolate Croissant Availability On the day of your visit, we had sold out of chocolate croissants as we make fresh batches every day. To accommodate you, we explained and offered a chocolate-dipped butter croissant, which you declined and proceeded to order a butter croissant and coffee. Your review suggests we don’t have chocolate croissants at all, which is incorrect and misleading. 3. Cake Weight Concerns You demanded that we weigh both cakes in front of you without their packaging to verify their weight. Both cakes were over their ordered weight by 100-115 grams, yet you insisted that the cake base was making up the difference. To reassure you, we brought an unused cake base from our kitchen and weighed it separately, proving there was no discrepancy, which you agreed. 4. Packaging Preferences Our packaging is specific to weight tiers and designed to protect cakes from damage while keeping them secure. Since your cake had fondant decorations, we used additional covering on the top to ensure their stability. You requested a larger box, which, though unnecessary as it would increase the free space and make the cake prone to deformation when moved in a speeding vehicle, we provided to accommodate your preference. 5. Overall Experience You highlighted the taste, hygiene and ambiance of our establishment positively, yet your review frames the experience unfairly. Our team was patient, responsive and went to great lengths to address your concerns in real time. As a passionate business, we take great pride in our high-quality ingredients, transparent pricing and excellent customer service, which is why our customers return time and again. We always listen to feedback but also believe in addressing misunderstandings. We appreciate your visit and hope to have you again.
