We ordered few items along with cold coffee. Cold coffee got a weird taste also multiple plastic cover pieces were inside that cold coffee. Complained to staff. He said sorry end of the story. 11/12/2024

The cashier added a particular dish which was not ordered or sought.. even the same was not noticed at the time of payment( which was our mistake).. we requested the cashier and front customer service staff.. they were very rude on reply.. and also joined as a gang and started arguing with us in a gang. I felt like threatened by their unruly behaviour.. even they didn't serve or refund the dish wat we hve ordered.. I recommend not to visit rewind cafe reliance mall. May rewind cafe select a gud customer servicing staff in future.
