Very welcoming staff and nice live music, with excellent views of the whole city. We arrived half an hour before they were due to open but they very kindly agreed to start the revolving restaurant for us. The food was average, but the amazing views of the whole city starting from the sunset and watching the lights of the city turn on slowly, plus the amazing service by the waiters definitely makes this a must-visit place.
