Revolution Restaurant? More Like Evolution Backwards. If disappointment had a flavor, it would taste exactly like the besan-coated onion rings I was served yesterday. I booked a table via Zomato Dine-In, expecting a decent evening with beer and crispy onion rings. What I got instead was a culinary prank onion rings dipped in besan like they were auditioning for a pakora party. I’ve seen innovation in food, but this was straight-up sabotage. The beer arrived lukewarm, as if it had just finished a yoga session. And the ambience? Imagine a furniture showroom trying to cosplay as a café. I sat on the ground floor, which apparently disqualified me from paying via Zomato because—plot twist, it’s not the Revolution Restaurant, it’s the “café.” Same building, same branding, but apparently different universes. I felt like I needed a passport to pay my bill. The staff were as confused as I was, but with more confidence. They denied Zomato payment like I was trying to barter with goats. No apology, no solution, just a shrug and a bill. This place is all style, no substance. A showroom for Instagram, not a restaurant for humans.
