I am extremely disappointed with this shop. I had booked a 1kg Chocolate Truffle cake in advance and even paid an advance amount. Despite reaching more than an hour later than the scheduled pickup time, my cake was still not ready. To adjust, I agreed to take a half kg cake instead, and was assured it was Chocolate Truffle. But when I got home, After cake cutting ceremony I realized it was a completely different cake. I have been buying cakes from this shop for over 2 years, but the quality of both cakes and service has gone down drastically. When I spoke to the owner, he did not even bother to apologize, which was the most disappointing part. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this shop anymore. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
