The overall ambience and food was not really that bad.... but the ultra pathetic (i cant really describe this in words!!) Really spoiled the entire experience. Had gone for lunch with family. The staff themselves had no clue of the menu. Anything we asked for, they needed to check its availability. And then never came back. We had to place our order thricebefore it actually went to the kitchen! Even after that it took more than 30min... for "fast food". At one point while laying the food on our table, the waiter dropped a spoon on the floor... he promptly picked it up and put it into the food he brought us! Even when i pointed it out.. neither he nor the supervisor thought it was a big deal and asked me if i wanted it changed, he would just get a fresh spoon!! Just unbelieveable. I am ordering food from retro cafe from long ago , I have every time received the order with proper packing . like container packing which make the retro cafe with premium touch . and I love their food but this time the package was not good . I mean this is not done full of oil in the baggage. this make the image of the premium cafe like a road side local food stall service . please take care of this next time . I don't want to seen my favourite cafe like this .
