The low rating is for a simple reason that every single item on thali was cold. This was 12:30pm time, the peak lunch time where one would expect things coming "fresh" from the stove or are atleast warmed. I told the guy and he touched the bowls and they were cold. Even the fresh bread that I order was not up to par. The tast of the food was good as it has authentic spice (read as spicy hot, not everyone can take it ).
