Timboor Bistro appeared, quite literally, out of the blue (or grey... for it was raining) almost precisely at the very moment when we started to get hungry for breakfast, while on our way from Kurseong to Siliguri via Pankhabari Road...that's no exaggeration, but you are free to think what you like One has to park at the side of the road, which wasn't difficult, and step inside to be greeted with simple yet not inelegant interiors that may remind one of those diners of yore in the US. They have an ample enough menu for breakfast, in fact for lunch or dinner too I reckon (missed taking pictures of the menu or the food ). We had an omelette (which was quite good) with buttered toast and a cup of tea, each. They happily provided boiled eggs for our doghter , yes that's the best part - there were no challenges to enter the place with Miyu. Service could have been a little faster but this was at around 7.30 in the morning or was it 7.. and one can pardon the slight delay. Nice restaurant with good food and pleasant ambience. Order took exceptionally long to deliver but the end result was good. Best part of this restaurant is the view of the wooded area. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
