Delight Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy authentic Rajasthani cuisine in Jaisalmer! The dal bati churma and ker sangri sabji were the best I’ve ever had—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The owner was very nice and friendly, and the staff was attentive and courteous. The service was quick, and the overall experience was fantastic. Improvements: 1) Cleanliness was needed at the front door while entering. 2) If possible the Restaurant should try Roasted Bati as well 3) Cleanliness outside the hotel was much needed. I highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer! Extremely poor service , my family went there for lunch but after waiting for an hour on the table we had to leave the restaurant without food as there was no service and no responsible person . Very bad experience.
