Our clients staying at the resort (sorry a lodge category property claims it to be a 5star resort) is the worst stay one can expect.
It’s a life hazard to stay at such a pathetic property. They do not have trained staff , they are least bothered about clients safety , they have spiders and termites in their bed backs and cupboards.
Please be careful.

This pandemic hit the country and I requested them for a cancellation and requested my money back but the staff said the hotel is open and it's not our problem that your father is a diabetic.
Laura, the head of the reservation department refused the cancellation outright and they purposely postponed the booking til sept, 2020 with a charge of ₹8800.
My father was hospitalized just 15 days back due to covid 19 and the doctors advice not to travel til the pandemic is over.The reservations department still not refunding my money and not cancelling my reservation.... I told them to make a voucher of this money and will use it whenever possible... But the hotel is highly money minded. Hotel Industry is for the customers satisfaction but RIO RESORT is a highly money minded hotel.... They are not agreeing for cancellation. Everyone is facing hardahips these days, but they are forcing me to travel with small children and giving excuses that it is our hotel policy. They have forfeited the entire amount.
Pathetic hotel
Never had such an experience with any hotel.
