I used to have high hopes for Renuka Mess, especially given its popularity. But sadly, the quality has dropped drastically. The food is often undercooked or not prepared properly, and this isn’t just a one-time issue. It’s happened multiple times. When we tried to raise this with the owner, the response was careless and dismissive. No apology, no action taken. It feels like they’ve become too big to care about regular customers or basic food standards. Just because a place is popular doesn’t mean it can ignore quality and customer feedback.
