Light and interior design is good. But food quality and test is too bad. We ordered one crispy chicken burger and one chicken steam momo. Burger test and size is almost ok. In chicken momo we could not find chiken in stuff, its full of half boiled capcicum. Soup is less salty. We asked for salt. There is no arrangements of Drinking water and Hand wash basin. We asked for Drinking water they give us Bottle from there kitchen. We advised them to improve there food test and quality. One good think we saw that this restaurant run by all female staff. Because we never saw any male staff at that time. The burger that they serve is awesome you can easily compare it with KFC or MCDONALD'S and the pizza is also really good but I think that if they make their pizza breads fresh that would be better rather than the pre made packed pizza base that they use . Look them four stars is just because of the taste of the burgers. Like ofc it doesn't match McDonald's, but having a shop that makes tasty burgers located amongst villages is nowhere less than McDonald's. The service is unhygienic, neither hair caps nor any hand gloves worn while making food, no foreclosed enclosure to prepare food, there shouldn't be people collecting cash and making food at the same time and please make a dedicated place to dine-in ig the place is solely made for takeout or delivery - no one likes sitting on a footpath and having a meal ( like if u want this shop to be successful atleast). But at the end the burger tasted yummy at least better than appetite losing raff's f9 burger and the people serving and accepting orders were well behaved.
