I had my engagement on 10th and the hotel treated us in the worst possible way. Service was pathetic, food was horrible in taste, no cooperation from staff’s end. I haven’t seen such a behaviour from any hotel in my whole life and let me tell you all that I travel a lot. And I have seen hotels treating their guest with utmost respect. Relaxx hotel has disappointed not just me but the 100 guests present there. No one from that guest list and my family is ever visiting this hotel now.

We organized my sister’s engagement here , hoping for a happy celebration , clean rooms and good food. But no requirement served correctly. Staffs behaviour was not good , even waiters were not interested in serving us. Food was stale not even warm , not delecious . Rooms were not well cleaned , bedsheets were having holes etc.
