Relax Restaurant used to be one of my favorites. I’ve tried their branches in Kodungallur, Thriprayar, and Irinjalakuda — all were great before. But recently, the taste has changed a lot. Their Charcoal and Biriyani, which were once the best, are now just average. Especially the Kodungallur branch feels disappointing. The food quality is very nice but quite recently I had their Paneer Butter masala and honestly it didn't taste very nice. The gravy had a very overpowering smell and taste of Cloves which took away the actual taste of the gravy. Otherwise the food is great especially their fried rice and chilli curries.
