*Subject: Urgent Complaint: Horrible Food Quality & Service – Rehmani Restaurant, Govandi* *Scam Scam To The coustomer* I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor quality of food and service at Rehinani Restaurant, located near Gajanan Kaloni, Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai. During my recent visit, I ordered Chicken Lazeez (₹180), only to receive a dish that was almost entirely gravy with barely any chicken. This was misleading, unacceptable, and a clear case of cheating customers. Unfortunately, my disappointing experience did not end there: Unhygienic Conditions: The restaurant’s overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The tables were sticky, and I noticed that the staff handled food without proper hygiene measures. Stale and Low-Quality Ingredients: The gravy tasted stale, as if it had been reheated multiple times, and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It was clear that the food was not fresh. Unprofessional Staff: The elderly gentleman at the cash counter was rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, he seemed indifferent and uninterested in customer feedback. Overcharging for Substandard Food: The restaurant charges premium prices for food that is barely edible, poorly prepared, and misleadingly advertised. It seems they are focused only on making money rather than providing quality food and service. This kind of business practice is not only unethical but also a serious violation of food safety and consumer rights. I am formally requesting an investigation into this restaurant’s food quality, hygiene standards, and overall service. If necessary, I will escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the local municipal health department. I expect a prompt response and appropriate action against such horrible dining conditions and unfair practices.
