Come here and order good cordial. Clients don't like filet américain at Regenta Orkos Kolkata. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will definitely appreciate the quiet ambiance and homey decor. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

A nice decent hotel in a good location. No complaints as such. Only thing I would comment about was the food. Breakfast was included in my stay and while the spread was good enough, I found the quality of the food mediocre which I believe can easily be improved. Same was with dinner . Otherwise, a good place to stay. I would definitely consider staying there again. Service: 4

From the moment I stepped into Regenta Orkos Kolkata, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests. The rooms were also impeccably clean and well-maintained. I want to give a special shout-out to Promanjula at reception. Her friendly demeanor and helpful nature made me feel instantly welcome. She was always ready with a smile and went out of her way to assist me with any queries I had. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to Shirin for her exceptional hospitality during Ramadan. Her kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Offering Iftaar during the fasting month was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special and memorable. Shirin's dedication to ensuring guest comfort is truly commendable. Overall, the staff at Regenta Orkos Kolkata deserve immense praise for their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing excellent service.
