The most worst experience in my life. I was there to book hotel for marriage. The manager Mr. Anirban seems don't have learnt any lesson regarding hospitality. His behaviour was very rude not acceptable in hospitality industry.My advice to the owner that please don't keep this kind of manager to your property he will ruin your business. As I also run a business successfully for 30 years I know how to behave with guests.It seems that he is there to destroy your business.I have booked fern residency the business that I convert there would be yours. Avoid This Place at All Costs – Zero Stars Would Be Generous This hotel doesn’t deserve to be in business, let alone host guests. I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived, they denied me entry for no valid reason. No explanation, no accountability, just a bunch of staff passing the buck and wasting our time. For two straight hours, they kept us standing around like we were invisible. No apology, no hospitality just pure harassment and a complete lack of basic decency. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. It was unprofessional, rude, and downright humiliating. This wasn’t just bad service. This was hostile, unethical behavior. If you value your time, money, or dignity, stay far away from this disaster of a hotel. Shame on the management for letting this happen. Absolutely disgraceful. Service: 1

Regenta Inn Larica, located at prime location is no fancy frill hotel in Kolkata. We stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. Stay was comfortable. Staff is courteous and service is prompt. We had paid buffet breakfast, which included few dishes. Food was freshly cooked and good.
