Booked for 2 nights for family vacation. Since it was right after Diwali so resort was less crowded and we enjoyed our time a lot. Service was very good. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Food was good. Food is just like homemade. Worth the money. Location is little inside and we faced issue reaching there with Google maps. Another thing to keep in mind is that since staff lives near by and we don’t get anything in early morning or late night. Better to be prepared for this.

We have visited Redstone Resort multiple times, and it has always been our go-to place for relaxation. The rooms were good, clean, and well maintained as always. Staff was good and cooperative, and owner was very approachable, personally ensuring our last minute booking and arrangements were handled in efficient way, which we really appreciate. However, this time we felt there’s some scope for improvement in guest interaction from the manager’s side. Being in the hospitality industry, more welcoming and guest-friendly approach would make a big difference. Additionally, we did not appreciate the restriction on giving chapati or bhakri orders well before dinner or immediately after lunch. It’s understandable that the kitchen closes after 11 and the bread maker leaves by 6, but expecting guests to place such orders much earlier doesn’t seem practical. This wasn’t the case during our earlier visits, and we hope it’s not a recurring issue in future. On a positive note, the chef went out of the way to prepare “Batata Kachrya” on request, which wasn’t even on the menu — and it turned out to be delicious! The overall meal quality was good, and we were happy with the food service. Overall, Redstone Resort remains a great place to unwind, with comfortable rooms, good food, and responsive owner. We look forward to visiting again and hope the small service issues will be addressed.
