The taste and product quality is something I keep going back to RMB but their delivery is going from bad to worse. And to top it if I am given wrong information then that's not cool. The delivery was to arrive between 2-3 pm however arrived at 6:00. When I was chasing the delivery, I was told by a gentleman that delivery left around 1:45-2:00 pm and was getting calls from other customers too who were chasing the delivery. Sorry to say this but the delivery driver said that he left the premises between 4:40-4:45 pm. My cake message has been missed by them.... Logistics is not working efficiently

Dear Ms Shefalika, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused today. There had been some logistical issues today and mixed up orders... Your delivery was scheduled for 2pm but somehow got left behind and another driver was scheduled to do the delivery. Once again apologise for today. We will ensure future orders are on time.
