Worst Experience! Today I came for breakfast, and when we requested items, we were told it’s self-service. However, I didn’t notice any self-service board displayed anywhere. Moreover, when we asked for a water bottle, the billing counter person casually mentioned to “take it from the carton box on the right side,” while they were busy talking with others. Multiple bottles were just lying there, unattended. Who would expect such kind of customer service? Kindly treat customers with respect and provide proper service in the future.
