I had a very disappointing experience at this cottage. We were forced to wait for hours for a late check-in, which ruined the start of our trip. The staff's attitude was shockingly rude, and they showed no interest in addressing our concerns or offering an apology for the delay. The service throughout our stay was poor—requests were either ignored or met with hostility. This is not the kind of hospitality one expects when booking a getaway.
