I usually enjoy coming here with my friends, but today’s experience was really disappointing. The staff’s rude behavior spoiled our visit. When we asked about the price of an item, he replied, “You can see it on the screen,” in a very disrespectful tone. He also didn’t bother to explain the toppings or details of the item when we asked. Such behavior makes customers feel unwelcome. I genuinely like this place, but the staff’s attitude definitely needs improvement. I often visit this place with my friends, and it’s always a great spot to spend time together. The atmosphere is really pleasant and perfect for meet-ups. However, today’s experience was disappointing. The staff’s behavior wasn’t good—they spoke rudely while taking our order, which made us feel quite embarrassed.
