Delivered the cake in a totally damaged condition. Moreover your delivery boy had compelled me to pay Rs. 140.00 in his personal gpay number to deliver the product. He told that he went to wrong location and to reach this location I have to pay additional charges which he compelled me to pay in his personal gpay instead of Zomato account. While talking I gave directions he told that he knows the address and he is from the same area. Due to this bad condition I am not able to use this product and took near about 2 hrs to reach. I would request to refund my amount along with the amount collected by your delivery boy. The present experience with Zomato is really bad and how we can order food by blindly believing.
