The worst biryani experience I've ever had! This so-called "Rayaan biryani" was a disaster. The rice was bland dry and flavorless, and tasteless. The biryani was so overwhelmingly aromatic that it felt like eating a bowl of perfume—completely overpowering and impossible to enjoy. aftertaste It felt like the chef had no idea what they were doing. If this is their version of Kolkata biryani, they’ve done the city a great disservice. Truly, this was a crime against biryani.Avoid at all costs! Whoever gives 4 star they never get the chance of eating good delicious eatable kolkata Briyani. Food: 1
