Worst experience, Rattilal is doing fraud for their online customers. I ordered 10 pieces of khastas and they gave the sabzi amount to two pieces. The amount that a customer normally gets when dine in at their place. They gave a number on app which no one answers. even writing in instructions to give adequate quantity it was not followed. Plus what is more bad Zomato is not providing any support for this, if you complain it will be recorded in their system but no resolution for the customer. Restaurants are doing fraud and Zomato is partnering with them in this. Also, I've ordered karare khaste and normal khaste separately they pack all khastas together so what's the point of showing it in your menu separately and charging differently if they are all same. Rattilal is the worst outlet for these fast food items, regretted ordering from here. Going to uninstall Zomato as well, worst experience ordering through Zomato.
