Being 80s kid born and bought up in triplicane Ratnacafe idly was a staple food for me after moving out from triplicane in 2000 never had chance to taste again but today I had the famous idly sambar in Adyar Ratna cafe which made me a tad sad after tasting I thought it's going to bring back some nostalgia but I was left with disappointment. Idly sambar was ok a 6/10 id ont want to tell more on this it can be a great one for those who has never seen someone pouring sambar or having a big lota of sambar next to the idly. Seems the hotel got way modernized to have other items focused and rather lost their core one. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sambar Idly, Roast, Idli Vada Sambar
