This restaurant specializes in Vegetarian cuisine. Perfectly cooked turkey, bhaji pav and paneer have an appetizing taste. A lot of people have noticed that the staff is efficient at this place. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of SAI POOJA Pure Veg. As most reviewers state, the atmosphere is peaceful. 4.1 is what this place received from the Google rating system.

Pathetic Service! Extremely disappointed with the irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of both the staff and the hotel manager. I had placed an order for 4 Pav Bhaji + 6 extra Butter Pav, 2 Misal Pav, and Paneer Chilli. However, the delivery included only 2 Misal (without any Pav), Paneer Chilli, and 2 Rotis — which makes absolutely no sense. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls were ignored until someone finally answered. When I asked about the incomplete order, one of the delivery staff admitted that the order wasn’t packed properly. But when I requested to have the remaining items delivered, I was told to speak with the manager — who conveniently put the call on mute and kept it aside. After that, they stopped answering altogether and EVEN BLOCKED MY NUMBER. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Such behaviour reflects sheer incompetence and zero regard for customer satisfaction. I’ve wasted both money and time because of your negligence. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately — or I will be compelled to take legal action against the establishment. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

Pathetic Service — Absolutely Disgraceful Experience! Instead of resolving the issue, owner/manager blocks customer number. This has to be one of the most unprofessional and careless restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. The staff and the manager clearly have no respect or concern for their customers. I had placed an order for 4 Pav Bhaji + 6 extra Butter Pav, 2 Misal Pav, and Paneer Chilli, and ended up receiving only 2 Misal (without any Pav), Paneer Chilli, and 2 random Rotis — which makes absolutely no sense! After spending nearly ₹1,600 — a premium amount for such a simple order — this is the kind of pathetic service I got in return. What’s worse is the response (or rather, the lack of it). I kept calling multiple times, and nobody even bothered to answer. When someone finally picked up, the delivery staff casually admitted that the order was not packed properly. But instead of fixing their mistake, I was told to speak to the manager — who had the audacity to put the call on mute, ignore it, and then block my number! I genuinely can’t understand how a hotel can be so shamelessly unprofessional — blocking a customer’s number after messing up an order. That’s not just bad service; it’s complete disrespect towards paying customers. This restaurant clearly doesn’t care about customers, their time, or their money. Such arrogance and incompetence are unacceptable. I’ve wasted my hard-earned money, time, and patience because of their negligence. They don’t even deserve a single star. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately and a full refund issued at the earliest. Price per person: ₹200–400
