I ordered from Swiggy! Because, I saw an Offer from The Bakery. 405/- Rupees items you will get only for 99/- Rupees!!! The offer shows it's Diwali Offer!!! I am shocked and ordered on Swiggy! Then, I frustrated to taste the every item. The Apricot delight is not a Real Apricot. The Veg sandwich taste was worsen. Only The Gulab jamun is awesome. The Badam milk was completely tasteless and there is no a single cashew. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Chicken Puff

Utterly irresponsible. What they advertise on social media is completely opposite to what they actually deliver. I had to ask multiple times just to place an order and even to get payment details for confirmation. Despite clearly specifying the color, they delivered a completely different one. They never asked about the flavor or mentioned whether it was a pastry. On top of that, at the last minute before delivery, they called and said the chosen model had to be 1 kg extra and would cost an additional ₹1500. I agreed and paid without hesitation. But when the cake arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered in terms of color. When questioned, all they said was “sorry.” For them, it may just be one of the 100 cakes they make daily, but for us, it was a memorable occasion. Please, don’t just focus on collecting money—learn to run your business with proper communication and respect for customers’ requests. Service: 1
