We had a very bad experience at your outlet. The staff behaved as if we were eating without paying. The food we received in the evening felt like it was prepared in the morning cold and not fresh. When we tried to explain this to the manager, she didn’t take our concerns seriously and casually said, “It’s common, don’t worry,” without even addressing the issue or advising the elderly staff member who was extremely rude. Out of respect for his age, we three girls chose not to argue further and quietly left the shop. But the way we were treated was unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated like this after paying for food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
