This is inside the campus of Mangal Panday park and ghat. You don't have to buy a ticket if you only want to visit the restaurant. But a ticket is mandatory if you enter the park. The restaurant is a river side, river view restaurant having a good variety of both chinese and Indian cuisine. You can enjoy the splendid view of the Ganges with sunset in groups or couple or solo. The ambience of Rasoi king is simply excellent. Food seems to be average. But the most important issue observed is that tea is not available here. As the sun sets over Ganges people expects a cup of tea at least to start with. We all were tired after driving a good distance to reach Rasoi king, we earnestly requested for a cup of tea even with tea bags, but they denied it blatantly. We have never seen such a restaurant serving evening snacks but NO TEA. We think its a problem with the management. However, I think this suggestion will be considered favourably by the authority,so that when we visit next time we can get at least black tea to start with.
